Campsite Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
By making a reservation and/or staying at Meadowfields Campsite, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Reservations and Payments
All bookings are made through our online booking system, by phone, or in person.
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The final balance for your stay must be paid 14 days before your arrival.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 14days before your scheduled arrival date for a full refund.
For cancellations made after 14days before the arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your booking, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we are unable to provide the booked accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3pm
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Late check-outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
5. Accommodation Rules
Pods: Our pods are designed to provide comfortable shelter for up to 5 people. The number of people should not exceed this capacity.

Tents: Tents are allowed in designated areas only. Please ensure your tent is properly erected and maintained during your stay.
Pets: Pets are allowed in designated areas. Please inform us at the time of booking if you intend to bring a pet.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am to ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the pods or tents. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
6. Health and Safety
Guests are responsible for ensuring their safety and the safety of others during their stay.
Any accidents, injuries, or damage to property must be reported to the campsite management immediately.
Fire safety rules must be followed at all times. Campfires are permitted only in designated areas.
Firearms, fireworks, or other dangerous items are prohibited on the premises.
7. Environmental Responsibility
Please dispose of litter in the provided waste bins and recycle when possible.
Respect wildlife and the natural environment around the campsite.
Guests should not disturb plants, animals, or other natural features.
8. Liability and Damages
The campsite is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injury during your stay.
Guests are expected to keep their accommodation and surrounding area tidy and in good condition. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
9. Conduct and Behavior
Guests must act in a respectful manner towards other campers and the campsite staff.
Any guests causing disturbance, behaving inappropriately, or breaking campsite rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to guests prior to their arrival.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the UK.
